Welcome to Velours Living Touch. These terms apply when you use velourslivingtouch.com or purchase from our store.
Products and pricing
We work to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when ordering. Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment providers.
If we cannot fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or another issue arises, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for canceled items.
Shipping and fulfillment
We work with independent suppliers who may ship products directly to you. Items in the same order may arrive separately.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Processing and delivery estimates vary by product, supplier, and destination. Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. If shipping is delayed, we will notify you of your options as required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds
Eligible change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery. Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns, and we do not charge a separate restocking fee.

Cancellations
To request a cancellation, email support@velourslivingtouch.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun. If your order has shipped, our return policy and applicable consumer rights apply.
Safe product use
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, and care guidance provided with each product. Contact us if a product arrives damaged or appears unsafe.
Website use
You must not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activity, submit false payment information, or interfere with the website’s operation or security.

Customer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Our use of third-party suppliers does not remove our obligations to customers.
