Where we ship

Delivery is available to eligible U.S. addresses. Furniture delivery is currently limited to the mainland United States. Availability for other items depends on the product and destination. Contact us before ordering for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Delivery estimates

Selected products typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Furniture typically requires 2–3 business days for processing, followed by 3–5 business days in transit, totaling approximately 5–8 business days.

Timelines vary by item. Please check the product listing for the applicable estimate or contact us before ordering. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Applicable shipping charges appear at checkout before payment. Free shipping applies only when expressly offered.

Tracking and separate shipments

Tracking information is emailed when available. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

Delivery concerns
